Problem with Deleting Voicemail over Remote Access

Hello All,

Am having an issue, anyone else have the same issue...

Steps to reproduce problem

1. I dial my EE Mobile from another phone to access the voicemail remotely

2. At "leave a voicemail" prompt I press asterix and enter my voicemail pin followed by hash

3. I listen to new message and press 3 to delete

4. I hang up

5. I then access the voicemail remotely again and the deleted message has returned

Interestingly if I use the remote access method by calling 07953 222222, then enter my EE mobile number and voicemail pin, then a delete over this method works.

Have been using the first method for years wthout issue, the problems seems to have started at the same time the feature to access deleted message was introduced.

My EE mobile is a spare phone and not always with me so remote voicemail management is important to me, happy method 2 works, just more fiddly.
