Hi @PaulKT

Many business & corporate users who, historically made handset-based conference calls, have migrated to bridge-based systems since many years now - and the quantity of conference-calls undoubtedly has fallen across the EE network over many years.

I myself used to use the service for many years, and indeed had to manually reactive the service several times I made changes to my account and the service was auto-removed. I agree the service was, indeed is, useful in particular circumstances, there are several third-party services that replicate what Group-Call does, but using 03 (landline) numbers at no cost to the end user.

The network equipment that EE use, also has to support the facility - this will also be a factor in all product decisions that EE make.

You're quite within your rights to complain about any aspect of EE service that you're not happy with, but this particular decision is extremely unlikely to be reversed.
