I agree the service was, indeed is, useful in particular circumstances, there are several third-party services that replicate what Group-Call does, but using 03 (landline) numbers at no cost to the end user.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>The network equipment that EE use, also has to support the facility - this will also be a factor in all product decisions that EE make.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>You're quite within your rights to complain about any aspect of EE service that you're not happy with, but this particular decision is extremely unlikely to be reversed.</P> Sun, 17 Jan 2021 21:06:30 GMT bristolian 2021-01-17T21:06:30Z
