For all those who say Group Call is going to be used instead..... think again that gets removed next week I hear.

I just had a thoroughly unpleasant call with an agent of EE who did not seem to understand this is a fundamental service that people require? The beauty of 3-way calling is it requires no application, no software of any kind (so no need for debate on which app to use) and more importantly it requires no technical skill or knowledge on behalf of the other two participants. The nonsense EE spouts about lack of use (clearly contradicted by the forum posts here) and security is just that nonsense!

Since most forum posts ultimately boil down to a response from EE saying use Group Call, now that is also going can I ask what is EE doing about this problem?

Why won't EE accept this is a huge mistake and reverse it?

I could rehash my written complaint, my other forum posts on this in the last 10 minutes or copy and paste from the feedback I gave to EE where I ranked them 0 out of 10 for every question asked, but I don't think that's needed just yet. Right now I want to hear from the community if anyone has had any acknowledgement from EE that they have made a huge mistake?

Thanks
