Been charged for roaming and don’t have it!!

I have been in Greece for 4 days have been charged for roaming on every line and cannot text or call the uk at all! Can’t call EE as don’t have roaming! According to app it is activated!! Please help!

@Saminluzern do you have call abroad and make premium rate calls enabled ? Without out that enabled you can not call back to the UK. Roaming can be enabled still so you can make calls/text use data in that area and you’ll be charged for that.

Unless you are on PAYG or started your contract before 07/07/2021 you'll pay £2 every day you use any of your UK allowances there.

The Roaming setting in your app is just the ability to roam if you wish but not for paying for it.
