Error code 0 Samsung S53

Hi,

I tried to msg a radio station and can't cos it comes up with error code 0? I restarted the Samsung phone and made sure that the Messages is setup to the 3 dots one, not the other 2 that are for some reason available? Can anyone explain how to sort it cos its very frustrating!

Hi. I have the same issue when I tried to msg a radio station?

I have the 3 dots msg setup though for some reason I have 3x msg apps.

I have just done that but it says

'Sorry we were unable to remove the third party bar for you, please contact customer services on 150'

Hi,

I've now rung EE at different times at least 5x but always get told it will be at least 20mins, hang on past that and still no answer.

Very frustrating!

Finally through, thanks. Issue is to do with a 'Spend Cap' setting on my phone. It was set at zero stopping me from sending this text.
