Can send SMS, cannot receive SMS

I can send SMS messages to other phones but never receive messages.

I am in the UK.

This is a pay as you go sim.

Additionally, I was receiving SMS up until yesterday.

All contacts. However, there are endless messages coming through from 150 saying "Thanks for topping up your credit".

No, same phone, no changes.

Some messages have started coming through but many are delayed by days.

If you send a text to yourself, does that arrive promptly?

Yes. It seems that messages have started coming through. However, there is a delay on some messages of up to two days. Was there an EE technical issue or outage at some time? I wasn't able to find any service status.

If you enter your postcode into the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker and select 'Check Status' do we have any reported problems showing?

It appears to be up now but I'm unable to pull any historical data to diagnose the problem.

It's probably going to be difficult to diagnose exactly what happened to cause it, @mrhavercamp.

If there's a known issue in your area now, it's likely that could have had something to do with it.
