Why not make sure people aren't getting intrusive "MySpace" updates

Hi,

I receive frequent "MySpace" updates. Until today I didn't even know what "MySpace" is. The text message service has no reply with "STOP" option to stop messages and some of the advice online about how to stop the messages is out of date.

I don't even remember asking to receive these messages and I noticed I am not the only user experiencing frustration with these frequent intrusive and unhelpful messages. Even when my service does have issues the best way to find out is by telephone call. The app doesn't really know if I will have service issues or not.

Why even have these message at all?

Please make it easier to disable these messages, such as having a reply with "STOP" feature so others don't continue to have the same problem I have had.

It has been a while since I've seen anyone mention MySpace. What does the message say exactly? Does a number show up as the sender?

@Voxxolidian MySpace it’s an EE service and EE have nothing todo with the messages your are receiving for that you need to contact MySpace.
