@Dcash29 It does say that they are a guide and not guarantee of service. How can EE or any other network for that matter check every location within the UK or do you think they they can walk down every road/area/park/UK attraction literally the whole of the UK to check a signal.

The signal checker states there is signal, which is absolute rubbish.

@Dcash29 Are you checking for coverage in your area or are you checking for a network issue in your area ? The coverage checker is a guide and not guarantee of service. There are 2 different tabs on that page you can select one for a guide of coverage and one to see if there is a network issue in your area. If you have a network issue when you previously had a working signal in the area then you choose the check status tab to see if there is a network issue in your area.

If you’re just checking for coverage of signal perhaps you should be illegal bit at the bottom of the page. The coverage checker doesn’t state if there is a network issue for that you need to select the CHECK STATUS tab.

Apparently there is no network issue. However there is no signal at the given postcode for outside use. If the signal checker isn't reliable, what is it point?

If you aren't seeing coverage in an area where coverage checker reports a good service, please use the 'report a problem' option on the status checker.
