      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3018035"&gt;@Dcash29&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you checking for coverage in your area or are you checking for a network issue in your area ? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The coverage checker is a guide and not guarantee of service. &amp;nbsp;There are 2 different tabs on that page you can select one for a guide of coverage and one to see if there is a network issue in your area. &amp;nbsp;If you have a network issue when you previously had a working signal in the area then you choose the check status tab to see if there is a network issue in your area. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’re just checking for coverage of &amp;nbsp;signal perhaps you should be illegal bit at the bottom of the page. &amp;nbsp; The coverage checker doesn’t state if there is a network issue for that you need to select the CHECK STATUS &amp;nbsp;tab.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you aren't seeing coverage in an area where coverage checker reports a good service, please use the 'report a problem' option on the status checker.&lt;/P&gt;
