Hi I am currently abroad and need to activate my roaming charges, I need to make phone calls back to the UK but I have no coverage to text world to 150, is it possible you could remotely activate this for me? but will it work without any network? I am currently in Dubai and would appreciate any assistance

@raviramsey Have you enable roaming from within your EE online account? Have you also enabled call abroad and premium rate call? You need them enable so you can have a working signal and make calls. You then can purchase add ons to keep costs down

I've tried it in my app and it says something has gone wrong and to text 150 lol, frustrating

Don't bother with the app. Do it within your online MyEE as recommended.
