Synchronisation on mobile very slow, i.e. when logging onto email messaging - any way this can be improved?

Does this only happen when you load your emails?

Thanks Leanne - yes, email app on my mobile. Other apps such as What's App and Messages seem pacier. When I was with BT the email synching was a lot faster.

Who is your email provider, @Jill-EEC? Are you using the normal, pre-installed mail app?
