Hi, I am in the USA and i have the travel package I cant seem to active my roaming and my calls and text messages have been blocked. Is there a way of re activating my calls and messages?

@Lislewells Have you enable roaming and call abroad and make premium rate calls from within your online account? Purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming these are two separate things.

If you cannot enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
