Why can’t I make calls from my phone whilst abroad to a uk number? I can only call on WhatsApp/FaceTime… what am I doing wrong?

@Ruth613 Have you enable call abroad and make premium rate calls from within your online account? is roaming enabled on your EE account?
When you say you can make WhatsApp and FaceTime calls is that over cellular data or Wi-Fi these are not the same thing.

If you cannot enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
