Voicemail call divert

i am trying yo get to my voicemail bit it says it is not activated i tried 222 gets same

could it be that it is an old orange sim causing it i did try changing from the 100123 number to 222222 still have same tired OM ON OM OFF or VM Direct gets message its activated but isnt

cudtomer services cant seem to activate it

CS couldnt find problem so send a new Sim which is EE old one I am sure is a old orange one
I did try changing the call divert number from 100123 to 222222

When you hold down 1 to call voicemail, do you get the option to view the number for the voicemail?

pressing and holding 1 goes to 100123 i have troed dialing 222 and still get voicemail is not setup

everything has gone bad since BT brought you out even my sons voicemail has gone he gets voicemail is undergoing maintainance even your new app is rubbish like a kid deasighned it

Technical support cant see to resolve my issue it has been esculated seems to be a problem even with Network reset seems to be a issue as it is a old orang account TS is looking into it further
Sons was got going again with network reset and working again

looks like Tech Support level 2 sorted the problem voicemail is now working on both my phone and sons
