Calling 1888 numbers?

Hello, Im currently trying to change flights and they need to call me back on my phone. My EE doesn't allow me to call any toll free numbers or non geographic ones. How do I change this so I can receive the call back?

If you have signal bars on your phone, then receiving calls should not be a problem - where the call is from is immaterial.

Are you in the UK or abroad? And if you're abroad, can you call other numbers OK?

@clarebearclare : MyEE doesn't prevent you calling any nos. at all worldwide. It's just that you need to pay for calling these nos. as they will be outside your calls allowance.

Are you are in the US & you 1st need to call a +1 888 no., which is a US Toll-Free no., in order for the airline to call you back? Or are you in the UK arranging your flights?

Wherever you are if you are on contract you should be able to call a +1 888 no. but it will be chargeable. What happens when you try? If you're on PAYG you'll just need sufficient credit to call them.

@clarebearclare On your EE account under roaming make sure call abroad and premium rate calls is enabled.
