Can not call UK drom USA

I am a pay monthly customer and have the roam further add on and currently in the USA. I can not call the UK however I can use data. I can call USA numbers just not UK.

I have checked previous posts and have checked all the items on there such as checking roaming is ticked turned spending cap off etc

@stuartwilson393 Have you also enabled within your online EE account call abroad and make premium rate calls ?
