Roaming from Lebanon

I traveled to Lebanon, I pay monthly with no contract. I need to activate international calls and voicemails but I am unable to find the option. Could you please help?

Pay monthly is a contract. I think you are on PAYG with a 30-day recurring payment.

PAYG is auto enabled for roaming. Do you have enough credit for making calls & texts from abroad?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad?

Welcome to the community,

If you log-in to your account, either via the website or via the My EE App and go to settings, you should see roaming, make sure both both roaming and call abroad and premium rate calls are enabled. If you are unable to do so, please give EE a call and they will be able to do this for you.

I take it you are still in the UK? If you are already abroad, there is a free number you can call, using Skype if you click on contact EE and click on the one that says UK, hope this helps.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the roaming option. I was happy there is a free call from here, but also I couldn’t do it, as rates apply.

Are you on contract or PAYG? There are no roaming settings on PAYG.
