Ive got data and minutes but cant use either

Today i bought a SIM. 15GBP for 15 GB data, plus unlimited text and minutes.

i cant make calls... get a message i have no credit.

I cant use data.... get a message I have to use WiFi.

Why cant i use these? Are there settings to be changed?

Receiving calls in the UK is free - are you in the UK?

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and see what the response is?

I am UNABLE to use text without WiFi.

Texting BALANCE to 150 yields:

-current balance: 0

-50Gb data

-unlimited text

-unlimited minutes

One more thing... it says the data, text, and minutes are good through September 4.

What phone are you using?

Can you try restarting your phone?
