Voicemail in maintenance

For the last 24 hours my voicemail is under maintenance, how long will this last?

is anyone else getting the same problem?

Voicemail is working fine for several users here, so there's certainly no national outage.

As per the post above this one, is this on calls you're making to VM or calls you receive?

I have called my phone and when I try and access voicemail I get the same response. Voicemail is currently under maintenance

or word to that affect.

Yes. I turned it on via text to 150.

Doesn’t matter if I switch the VM on or off. I still get the same message.

😂😂😂 What is visual voicemail? I’ve never heard of it, Is that some sort of FaceTime voicemail?

@Dax67 Visual Voicemail is THIS with it you can see what voicemails you’ve received and you can choose the one you want to listen to first.

To have this feature just text iPhone VISUAL to 150.

to turn it off just text iPhone VISUAL OFF to 150.

I’ve tried calling many times today, got fed up waiting after 30 minutes on hold each time.

Sorry, I have lost interest in the voicemail now. I can go without it. Never used it in the past. So it’s not a problem.

My phone shows I have a missed call and a voice mail. If I invoke voicemail the phone autodials as expected. I then get a formal recorded message saying that the service is under maintenance and will be available shortly. Encountered around 16:00 on August 4th. The prerecorded maintenance message is still there this morning.

Location UK, Northwest.

Hello,

my problem was fixed. You have to call EE and ask for a level 2 technician to get the problem fixed. There is something within you account that needs changing or something not sure what or why.

Thank you for that. I went to an EE shop to find out how to contact a level 2 technician and in the hour it took me to walk there the voice mail was working again. C'est la vie!
