      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the roaming smart add on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know I have 50g of data to use in the USA and can phone and text back home with in my contact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is can I phone USA phone numbers while in the USA at no extra cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
