    <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans"&gt;have nothing , but the greatest respect for the Team here at EE. Just like BT , they were able to get the problem ironed out with my BLACKVIEW A95.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I was having difficulty getting my phone to accept my&amp;nbsp; physical SIM. Thanks to the tech team , because they found out the reason that I wasn't receiving text messages and&amp;nbsp; bless them within seconds they had my phone service running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As with&amp;nbsp; BT, the parent company, the staff are pleasant and patient.&amp;nbsp; You should give credit where credit is due and I thank you very much &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":trophy:"&gt;🏆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":trophy:"&gt;🏆&lt;/span&gt;for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;Sometimes, customers forget that there are real people on the other end doing their best to provide the best service possible and patience is often required.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;I couldn't get my phone working at all for nigh on a fortnight, but within minutes, I was up and running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;We must respect the staff and team ,as they respect us and give them a chance to solve the issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;Thank You Very Much For Getting My Phone Up and Running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
