Calling German numbers from within Germany

Since noon today (22/07/22) I am unable to call German numbers from my UK EE mobile from within Germany. Until then it had worked well. I have plenty international allowance left and calling customer service gets me nowhere. I really do need my phone for business… can someone help???

OK - well, you may see that I've been posting about this. However, it seems that EE have worked some magic somewhere because things appear to be back to normal again. I've just, in the last few minutes, tried again and have been able to call German numbers from my EE iPhone. Hope that you will find the same situation. TE

Dear Leanne,

since last night I can call German numbers again and am very relieved! The support by EE has been very poor. I couldn’t talk to no one..despite having spent hours waiting in the helpline…
