    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have logged in to my EE online account went to "Parental &amp;amp; Data Controls", and can notice Enable roaming and make abroad calls options are currently blocked and it doesn't allow me to change them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't&amp;nbsp; make any calls request for urgent assistance as I have no other or medium to contact EE from USA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the USA &amp;amp; have purchased a “roam like home bundle” before starting from the customer team but I have no signal and stuck here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Before leaving the U.K. I asked the EE agent &amp;amp; he said Roaming was activated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot make phone calls - send or receive texts or data. My phone is useless unless on Wi Fi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have no other phone here to phone up the help number. No text messages can be sent at all. So it is impossible to contact EE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Request to address this issue as soon as possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your phone can't connect to a local network in the USA, then it's likely your roaming facility isn't enabled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you login to your myEE conline account, navigate to "Parental &amp;amp; Data Controls", check the following two options are enabled:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1: International roaming&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2: Call abroad &amp;amp; Premium rate&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't enable these, you will need to contact EE C/S to rectify. Try using a web-calling app such as Skype, and call +44 800 0798586&lt;/P&gt;</description>
