Can your son call any other numbers OK?

If the call drops immediately, that sounds like a problem at the caller's end to me. A failure in call routing on EE's side in this scenario, would tend to result in the call going to voicemail.

I have recently changed from O2 to Ee and I thought this problem was rectified however my son is on O2 and he has tried calling me several times and he says the call just drops I called him and he was not available so he returned the call using my missed call details and it still did not work. I was told by customer services that they had contacted O2 and this was sorted out clearly it is still a problem and needs to be rectified as I need to get hold of my family
