Voice calls ok in France and Belgium but not Netherlands?

I have just travelled through France and Belgium with voice calling working but now in Netherlands it does not connect, no message just incoming and outgoing calls fail. My network is KPN NL, same if I try Orange or Vodafone manually? Any suggestions?

Yes I get texts, it is just voice calls that fail. Restarting phone also
did not work.

Are you able to call 150 from the phone or does this also fail?

Which model phone are you using?

I tried both 150 and the international version both fail. I am using an
iPhone.

Can you try the steps in our EE Roaming - Help when abroad with your EE phone or device, article, including checking your My EE and turning 4G off and let me know how you get on?

Ok, so turning mobile data off meant it reconnected to T-mobile NL then I
have voice calls only!
