Unable to send txt

Hi,

I can't send a txt to a radio competition number-there is a £2 change.

All I get is 'unable to send on EE error 0'

Is there any setting on my phone to enable me to send?

Other texts send fine.

My phone is a Samsung

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

If PAYG - do you have sufficient credit to send this message?

If pay-monthly, do you have a spend-cap set?

I'm on a monthly contract,tho not very tech minded-hence being on here-so not aware of any spending cap,how would I find out?
