hi i am having trouble contacting ee from USA and using phone - phone not working and message us tab not appearing - any advice - thanks

Is your problem roaming? It maybe we are busy with other customers.

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

thanks - i get a message saying i need to contact the bill payer to make changes but I am the bill payer 🙂 .... any way to speak to someone at ee when i cant use my phone ? the instant message option isn't there either for me.

@ray674 , if you have Skype, you can ring them using their free number, which you can find by clicking on the contact EE.

really dumb question - but what number works on skype - i have tried a few with no luck - thanks !

@ray674 take a look here and try one of the numbers, but remember to put +44 in front of the number, omitting the 0:

you are a life saver!!!!! that worked perfectly and I got to speak to someone and phone works again and didn't cost me a fortune !!!! really appreciate your help ! best Raymond
