Unable to receive text messages

Hi,

I have been unable to receive text messages from people for the last few days. I am receiving messages from automated sources that provide security codes etc. But I have asked a few friends to send a 'Test' message to me, and I haven't received any of them. I am able to send messages though.

I have checked that my app is up to date, restarted my phone, and all of the other suggestions in the troubleshooting to no avail.

Yes, I can call and text these people.

I actually received all the messages today, throughout the day. The problem seems to now be resolved on it's own.
