Hi I'm really confused. We are traveling to florida USA next Saturday and I can't find information about swaping my phone over so it works with out high charges. I've had a message to say I now have full roaming abroad, but I'm seeing on here about people paying extra for 2 weeks or a month abroad as its cheaper??? Where do I look to find that information? I can't find a phone number to ask someone everything is just automated.

Take a read of this help page which explains the Roam Further pass.

That's your best option for using an EE pay-monthly phone in the USA.

Welcome to the community.

You'll be looking for two things:

The Roam Abroad Pass that @bristolian linked to allows you to use your calls, texts and data as if you were in the UK (up to 50GB).

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to check roaming is enabled on your account.
