WiFi calling is not working

Hello my WiFi calling is not working. If I put my phone on airplane mode and switch on the WiFi on, I can’t make any calls. Anyone is having the same problem?

What device do you have? Are you in EE PAYG or pay monthly contract?

Have you tried restarting your device?

No is still the same. I have rebooted the phone, I have turned on and off the WiFi calling, the airplane mode but nothing

Is this problem evident on more than one WiFi hotspot/router?

Or specific to one?
