Roaming Blocked in USA

I arived in the USA 3 days ago and since then I haven't been able to access my roaming. therefore can not make or received calls or have internet conexion.

The option for Roaming in my EE app appears to be blocked and I can not unblock it as it give me error.

I can not text 150 as have no service. I called the number 07953 966 150 and after 25 minutes on hold the call got cut off.

Please help!! help!!!

If the international roaming option is blocked and you can't enable it, only EE CS can resolve this.

The international contact numbers are +44 7953 966250 or +44 800 0798586 - you may also be able to get a web-chat session once you're logged into your myEE online account.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
