Mobiles been disconnected no incoming calls

My mobiles been cut off and cant get incoming calls or even ring 150 and cant send a text. And there is no way of contacting ee as im cut off from the world

What makes you think you've been cutoff? Normally in cases of non-payment, an outgoing suspension is put in-place first, which still allows incoming calls.

You can contact EE C/S on 0800 0798586 from any working phone - although again, if the suspension is due to non-payment, the outgoing restriction usually diverts all call attempts to 150 as a matter of course.

Ive just found out about the ee signal issues today so that must be the issue
