Hi,

I am due to travel to Germany tomorrow. I pay for a £15 Everything Pack each month/every 30 days. This has been the case since 2019.

Do I need to do anything to make sure that my phone will work as normal in Germany?

As long as the SIM card has been used in the UK to make a call or send a text this will work in Germany.

You can use up to 25GB of your data allowance.
