Hi guys I’m trying to phone my boyfriend he’s on EE none of my messages are delivering and when I call the phone it calls four times like a normal phone would but it’s not a ringing sound it’s like a beeping sound for times and then it goes to the EE voicemail? Can anyone help me? I have severe anxiety trying to figure out what’s going on

Hi the call actually sounds like it is ringing through but it is not a ringing tone but it has the same amount of times between the rings then it goes to voicemail??? I have tried calling off another number also and no texts are delivering

What happens when you try calling from another number or with your number withheld?

The symptoms you describe are indicative of your number being blocked.

Maybe the phone is switched off or run out of battery?

Or in a no signal area?

It is doing the same thing with a number withheld and a different number

It’s making a weird beeping noise 5 times like it’s ringing then going to voicemqil

Do you know if he's able to receive any calls or texts at all or are you unable to get in touch to ask?

Are you able to call and text other numbers without issues?

I am unable to get in touch to ask unfortunately I’m extremely worried 😞 and my calls and texts are fine

Do you have another way to get in touch, @Aleiahx95?

WhatsApp or another messaging app may be an option.

If you've tried form multiple devices it sounds like a problem with their phone.

Hi WhatsApp isn’t delivering or iMessage and I have sent green texts. When I call it’s like it would when it rings but it’s not a ringer sound it’s like a beep or buzz sound and then after it would usually call goes to voicemail like it would. I’m severely confused

Do you know of anyone else struggling to get in touch? A friend or family member perhaps?
