Smart benefit and add on. What's the difference

As part of my plan I am allowed one smart benefit which I have chosen Roam Further package. I also see in my fixed Add Ons that there is one saying £2 per day for EU Roaming. Does this mean I am already roaming for free via my Fixed Add Ons? Is there even a requirement to select roaming as part of my smart benefit?

@Scoop1 That free add-on will charge you £2 per day as it’s only free to have not use. But you’re smart benefit being the roam further add on covers you to use your allowance in the EU, USA, Canada,Mexico,Australia and New Zealand.
