I have exacty the same problem. I just sent a photo to my husband's phone here in the same house it was delivered immediately. But cannot send same photo to mself on my phone, nor to my sister-in law! Fails to send. I pay a standing order monthly - currently have 18GB data left, 496 mins calls left and Unlimited texts.

Do you get any error messages when these MMS fail to send?

If you can send to one number, your phone & account is proven as working. Any errors sending to particular numbers are likely to be problems with those numbers - can you call those numbers and send texts to them OK?

replying to bristolian. Yes I can phone my sister in law. I can also send her an SMS, just did so and she replied by text. But earlier when I tried to send photo (MMS) had the messsage in red "Message not sent service not activated on network"

And when I tried just sending the photo to myself it is stuck on "Sending..."
