We run a business from our house which relies on receiving normal calls on the EE network. We can’t rely on our clients using WiFi calling who in the main are quite elderly.       <description>&lt;P&gt;EE's recommended solution to any indoor coverage problem is now WiFi-calling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may be getting confused with apps such as Messenger or WhatsApp which do need both users to be app users.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WiFi-calling enables your phone to work completely as normal, without any recourse to the mobile network. If a landline user calls you while you're connected to WiFi-calling, your phone will ring entirely as normal, and the caller won't even realise you have limited mobile coverage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All a lot easier than moving house!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
