We are in Cape Verde I purchased 120 roaming minutes in the UK but forgot to register them can I do it about please

Thanks for coming to the community.

Can you log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK, do they show as ticked?

If not, can you activate both settings?

They are not ticked it says blocked how do I un block please

If this is showing blocked you would need to call us from another phone on +44 7953966250 and the team will get this sorted for you.

@Dm64 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no in my sig via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
