Roaming issue

Urgent help needed.
I am in Italy travelling. My plan in the uk gives me 163gb and I have used this in France usually with no extra charge and never capped. Now in Italy I am unable to use any data at all, I can’t text 150. I want to be able to use my data at usual, I have roaming on as usual, someone please help.

@Judedoesntknow : You are limited when roaming on contract to 50GB data / billing month. It's a FUP of your T&C's.

I can’t make calls I get taken to dial assist. 5G Sim Plan 24m 160GB £20 T
is my plan.

How do I gain more roaming data? I’m not good at tech stuff so please keep it simple.

To check your eligibility for EU roaming, please can you let me know if you took out your plan before or after 7 July 2021?
