Monthly sim only not working

Hello all,

Added a sim only plan to the account, I’ve put sim into phone all seems good shows EE 4g

but will not allow and functions that allow data I can phone out and receive calls but that’s about it. Checked all settings are correct and done a network settings reset but still nothing. I’d appreciate some help.

Is mobile data enabled on the phone?

If you text AL or BALANCE to 150, what is said by response?

Yes data is on, been through all the usual setting a for data.
