End of Phone Contract

Just a quick question, though my contract is not up just yet.

Once my contract ends, how does my roaming work. At the moment i get free roaming in the EU due my contract was before the July's 2021 date.

Would I still keep the same package until I upgrade, or do I keep the same package, but lose the roaming.

You will have everything you have now, nothing will change once you reach the end of the term for your contract.

Your contract doesn't end unless you give 30days explicit notice to disconnect.

What you're probably thinking of is the end of your minimum term, when your contract continues on the same terms except "early disconnection" fees no longer apply if you cancel.

You could change to a SIM-only plan at the end of your minimum term, but that would mean going onto the new EU-roaming terms.

@Ronnie68 Just to add you don’t have to upgrade at your minimum term date you can continue with this tariff as it’ll change to a 30 day rolling contract at the same price point but after 3 months you’ll receive a 10% discount on that price and you’ll retain your roaming privileges.

I have been told my contract ends 21st August and I can upgrade. If I give 30 days termination what happens to the Handset? (I did pay upfront costs when I too the contract out)

If you cancel the contract with us you do get keep the phone.
