&lt;P&gt;Log into WiFi and install Skype if you need to call EE. You will need to activate roaming and international calls on your account. Try:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls. &lt;BR /&gt;Or&lt;BR /&gt;From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No signal in the USA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm in the USA but don't have any signal. I can't call the helpline, the online chat invitation never appears (no matter how long I wait) and I don't have Skype to call the helpline that way. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
