Calling Spanish numbers from a UK mobile when I am in Spain

I have a Galaxy A12 Android mobile and I am trying to call a Spanish telephone number for DHL Express when I am in Spain and I get a recorded message that this number is barred from my phone.

How can I correct this please?

If you login to your myEE online account or app, navigate to Usage Controls, and make sure the following 2 options are enabled..

1: International roaming

2: Call abroad & Premium Rate

From your description, it sounds like the calling abroad option may not be enabled - also try rebooting your phone and connecting to an alternative local network.
