&lt;P&gt;03-prefixed numbers are landline numbers in exactly the same way as numbers beginning 01 &amp;amp; 02 are.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your call allowance includes calls to 01 &amp;amp; 02 numbers, it will also include calls to 03 numbers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have an unlimited call plan, then you won't pay any additional call charges for any landline calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
