I am due to visit Canada - do I need to add to my plan? Are there extra charges?

@Vancouver Please read THIS as there can be extra charges if your plan doesn’t cover you, and make sure roaming is enabled within your EE account before you leave the U.K.

you probably want THIS add on as it’s only £10 and you can use your allowances while there.

Welcome to the EE community

You need to split the question into two parts...

1: To make your phone work abroad, you need to enable "international roaming" and also "call abroad & Premium Rate" facilities.

2: You need to check the costs of using your phone abroad, and consider any add-ons to reduce that - check costs using this page
