Hi, I’m travelling outside of the EU to Andorra and as it’s out of the EU i’m wondering if i can still use my mobile data? any feedback would be great. thanks

You will get charged as it is outside the EU.

You can buy a bolt on to limit the cost, or free Wi-Fi shown on the back of your ski pass is pretty good on the slopes or from the hotels and bars the resorts.

Hi @ioanwgreen ,

To the best of my understanding, EE does not work in the traditional Pay As You Go manner with respect to data where you pay per MB or amount of data used.

In the UK at least, you either have a UK data allowance and therefore can use data, or you have zero allowance and will be unable to use data and will not be charged per MB.

You can check the country page for how to obtain a data allowance if required.

@ioanwgreen : As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/andorra .

If you remove the spend cap and the purchase bar it will automatically connect without issue. Had no problems with this, just pay per 500mb used.
