PS5 £70 Gamecard Bundle

Hello!

I recently purchased this bundle two days ago and paid it in full. However, I have not yet received my £70 EE Gamecard bundle. It was not inside the packaging and I expect to receive it through email as I do not have a number with EE. I would love some help as it has been the 2 day window and I’ve been given nothing. Thanks!

Hi @Leanne_T. I can’t seem to get through to a real person due to the fact I do not have an EE mobile number and with my partners EE mobile number it was also proven not possible as I was forwarded to text 150 and given regular solutions via a link. Is there no other way I could possibly sort this?

I'm sorry you would need to call to get this looked into. If you can call from your partners phone again on 150 and select press 2 to get through to a guide.

I’m still struggling to connect to an actual person to discuss this issue with as I’m constantly redirected to text ‘150’. Is there no way you or another person could possibly manually release the £70 game card if I provided an order number privately?

Hi @eoin998,

It's understandable that you'd be frustrated when you're struggling to find an option to speak with a guide.

Unfortunately, nobody on the EE Community can access customer accounts, orders, gift card or voucher systems, so we wouldn't be able to manually release a game card, even if you shared your order number privately.

If the game card is linked to an order issue, you'll need to speak directly with EE customer support, as they're the only team with access to investigate and, where appropriate, escalate the matter.

If texting 150 isn't helping, you can find alternative contact options on our Contact us web page.
