PS5 Pro Order – Dispatch Time Confirmation

Hi,

I ordered a PS5 Pro on 8th September. Given the recent shortage and the high demand, I wasn’t expecting there to be any available when I initially looked.

However, I checked again yesterday and was able to add one to my basket and successfully complete the purchase, which was great.

In the “Your orders” section, my order currently says “Usually dispatched within 6 days”, so I just wanted to confirm that the item I’ve ordered is actually in stock and expected to be dispatched within that timeframe.

I just want to make sure I haven’t purchased an item that is part of a future stock batch and may therefore take longer than the stated dispatch time.

Welcome to the EE Community

The dispatch guidance does advise the time we expect dispatch for delivery, it is not a 100% guarantee but most products will be dispatched within the stated time.

Based on the guidance for your order in your post, it would suggest we don't have the stock in our warehouse right now but are expecting a shipment within the dispatch timescale.

If you do have any concerns with your order, our team can help check on it for you, if this was an order bought outright or using EE Finance, give us a call on 0800 079 0062. If the cost is being added to your EE pay monthly bill, give us a call on 150.

That makes sense, thank you. I’ve just checked the current listing on the site, and it says “In stock Free Standard delivery in 1–3 working days”,as seen in the screenshot so I’m a little confused as to which information is the most accurate.

If someone from EE is able to clarify the current stock situation and whether any orders is expected to be dispatched within the stated timeframe, I’d really appreciate it.

@Elliott1998 I would continue to go off the advice on your actual order tracker, from what I have been able to check of our stock the website is not up to date, we do have no stock in the warehouse currently.

We do expect to dispatch it within the timescale given, as that is based on when we are expecting more to come in, but we don't have stock ready to dispatch currently.
