Ps5 pro finance option not available

Hello. I am trying to purchase a ps5 pro on a 24month contract with 0% APR. I previously have applied for the finance but it came back as a decline. I believe the reason for that was an address mismatch. I have spoken to the billing department and they have confirmed that I am eligible for and add on/flex. Now after I have updated my address with my bank and on EE account it does not let me choose a finance option at the checkout. Takes me straight to pay in full. Appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks

When did you update your address? May need to give it time to sort it out, otherwise you can do this via customer service via upgrade and they can then do this for you.

You can see the eligibility rules for finance loans here. If you hit all of the eligibility rules, it could be a case of waiting for everything to update from our side, like @Schockwave said.
