I sent on Tuesday one email about replacement of my ps5 controller I bought but still nothing. I bought on the website and the controller doesn't work properly so I want a new one

What do you mean it doesn't work.

How long have you owned it.

Maybe better calling EE CS on 150.. you may need to claim from Sony under the warranty.
