Help activating gamepass

Hi, I have got a data only sim with xbox gamepass as an add on. When I go to activate it sends a code as a text. I am getting no code, I am guessing it is because it is data only? I have put the sim in a phone and still no text. Is there any other way to activate xbox gamepass without the text? Thanks

All SIMs can receive texts even if data only. Receiving texts is free.

Welcome to the community.

When you log in to your EE account, can you see the Xbox Game Pass add-on listed against your account?

If it is showing, are you using the number that the Xbox Game Pass add-on is linked to when you try to activate it?

If you're still not receiving the code, our customer support team will be able to check the add-on and activation and help you get set up.
